Our Story
We were founded by a small group of seasoned hospitality writers and travel analysts who grew tired of glossy brochures and identical star ratings. Traditional guides tend to reward marketing budgets rather than genuine guest experience. We set out to fill that gap with long-form, evidence-based reviews of integrated resorts.
What We Evaluate
Every property is measured against the details that actually shape a stay — suite acoustics and air quality, dining and cellar depth, spa and wellness standards, service responsiveness, and, where relevant, the comfort and atmosphere of the gaming floor. Nothing is left to a generic checklist.
How We Work
- Anonymous inspections. Our reviewers check in unannounced and are treated like any other guest.
- Self-funded stays. We book and pay for our own visits, accepting no complimentary rooms, credits or sponsorships.
- Consistent criteria. Every resort is judged against the same framework, so scores are directly comparable.
- Transparent verdicts. We publish both the highlights and the drawbacks, along with the reasoning behind each rating.
